Order

Yes, you can change or cancel your order but there are a few factors that are considered when determining such request. As a result of working alongside local vendors, we  must first be able to successfully confirm a cancellation or change with them. Ultimately, the same courtesy will be extended to you. Orders that have been delivered, en route, or processing (being made) will not be considered for any changes or cancellations. Additionally, all cancellations and changes must be made by contacting our Customer Service directly via telephone or email (info@whimsicalblossoms.com)

How will I now if my order has been placed?

 

A confirmation email will be sent to email provided immediately following your purchase from www.whimsicalblossoms.com. The email will contain the complete order details.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

 

A “Delivery Confirmation” email will be sent as soon as your order has been delivered. You can also follow up by contacting us at info@whimsicalblossoms.com.

 
Can I request a specific delivery time?

 

Whimsical Blossoms offer reliable and personal delivery services. While we make every effort to deliver your order on the requested day; we cannot give an exact time of delivery due to various circumstances. When ordering for a Next Day delivered product, you may use the “Order Notes” box at check out to request a particular time for your delivery. We will do our endeavor best to honor your request; however we do not guarantee it. 

 

Gift

Yes, you certainly can. T o send you Whimsical Blossoms purchase as a gift, at check out check the “send this order packaged as a gift” and add your personalized messaged in the order notes also located on the check out page.

Yes! We deliver 7 days a week unless otherwise stipulated.

Can I collect my order from the florist?

Unfortunately, we do not allow clients to receive products directly from florists. We can assure you that
